H.R. 5 / S. 788, or the Equality Act, is drafted federal legislation that would amend federal anti-discrimination law, Title VII (among other laws), to explicitly add discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity as outlawed forms of discrimination.

If enacted, would this be a just law? What would be the ramifications for Americans who practice the Christian Faith? Join us to learn from Anthony LoCoco, Deputy Counsel for the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL).

LoCoco served as law clerk to the Honorable Annette Kingsland Ziegler of the Wisconsin Supreme Court for two terms, then worked as a business lawyer at Foley & Lardner LLP in Milwaukee.

He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Dallas. A Milwaukee native, Anthony currently resides in Brookfield with his wife, daughter, and son.

A Rosary will be prayed at 1:45pm, and the presentation will begin at 2:00pm.
